Clinical Governance

iEMS firmly believes that all practitioners must be subject to a rigid clinical governance framework. This is necessary to ensure safety, especially for our patients and for our partner Clients. iEMS will assess all practitioners for suitability prior to issuing a Certificate to Practice and will monitor performance through regular case reviews and clinical audits. Should the unexpected occur, iEMS will thoroughly investigate any clinical or sentinel events.

Quality

Linked with our Values in Clinical Governance and Best Practice, iEMS strives to ensure that the service we provide is subject to regular quality assurance. We critically analyse our own performance and listen to the suggestions of our Clients and our Regulators. Commitment to quality is paramount to iEMS and allows us to better serve our Clients.
